Некоторое время назад с одного физического сервера переходил на другой, плюс менялись NS-сервера, из-за этого домены/сайты не работали или работали периодически. В данный момент сайты не работают, проблема решится в ближайшие 1-2 дня. Еще есть проблема: новый сервер не доступен с провайдера WebPlus, возможно, еще с каких-то. Проблема так же решается. |

К сожалению, хостинг-компания, которая вначале согласилась поучаствовать в моей юридической борьбе с Gowlings, быстро сдалась и пошла у них на поводу совершенно не обосновано. Все сайты заблокированы, выдается ошибка 403. |

Компания Gowlings - юридический представитель компании Aladdin Knowledge Systems (AKS) совершили "наезд" на компанию, осуществляющую хостинг моего сайта. "Наезд" был юридически безграмотным, не отражающим действительности (клеветническим), "скомпилированным" по стандартному шаблону, даже без проверок описанных в нем "фактов". |

Domains in .com TLD are back on-line, english part of the site is alive once again. The move to another server is completed successfully. |

Today at approx. 13:00 hosting of the billing-server went down. We had to move to another server immediately. The servers were down from 13:00 through 21:00. As of now the russian part of the site is on-line. Domains in .com TLD are down temporarily (the english version of the site is not available). I hope it will come back on-line tomorrow. |

Thanks to bureaucracy the domain info has not been updated. Site and email at .ru domains were down for the whole day. |

Due to electricity outage in Moscow (at M9 in particular) the sites were down the whole day. Unfortunately, the day's incoming mail has been completely lost. |

About half a year ago (see news section, October 14 2004) a preventative measure was put into action against dishonest clients: an obligatory advance payment of 50% of the order total for all orders over $1'000 [USD]. This measure has proved to be very effective. It also made it possible to look at the overall efficiency of our work from a different point of view: a statistical increase in non-payments for small orders has been detected during these six months. For example, during February every order without an advance payment was made by a dishonest client. It led to the advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) now being obligatory for all orders without any exceptions. For the orders made prior to March 27, 2005 which are being processed or are being prepared for processing, the terms are left unchanged. |

As the number of cases has increased where a lack of client's conscience was shown, a preventative measure is considered necessary and is put into action - advance payments (prepayments) for all kinds of services (consulting, development, security analysis, etc). The advance payment is equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the order total and is only required if the order total amounts to $1'000 [USD] (one thousand) US dollars or more. The terms for orders with a lower order total are left unchanged: the payment is due on completion after the client has tested the results. |
